This template provides conditional visibility on multi-version pages:
* When passed a single argument, returns the css classes that, when applied to an element, will only make it visible for that version.
* When passed two arguments, returns the second argument wrapped in a <span>, ensuring that it is only visible in the version specified by the first argument.

Note that content is only hidden if the page has multiple versions and the user has enabled Javascript.

For content that should only appear on the default version of a page (Alliance versions of Alliance/Horde items, "Normal" versions of items), use "default". For content that should only appear when the versions-switching javascript is disabled, use "none". See [[:Reins of the Black War Bear]] for examples.
