For the legendaries to be available, the character must have the relevant [[feat of strength]] and must not have the item in possession anywhere, including the [[bank]] and [[Void Storage]] (if applicable). Characters that can obtain a legendary they can't equip (e.g. Paladins obtaining one of the bows) will not be visible in the vendor due to not being able to earn the feat of strength.
