Article Deletion Talk

Description: Adds an article deletion vote to a talk page, adding a deletion vote from the nominator and categorizing the page under Category:Votes for deleting

This template must be used with the {{subst:Template}} method.

Use doc= when documenting this template and prevent categorizing.
Syntax: {{Delete/Talk|<reason> |<reason=> |<doc=>}}
Example: {{subst:Delete/Talk|Testing}}

A consensus must be reached by voting before any action is taken.
Please read the deletion policy and check if anything links here before voting.

To vote

Click [Edit] in the upper-right hand corner of the votes section, and add your vote in one the following methods:

{{vote|Keep|~~~~|optional comment}}

{{vote|Delete|~~~~|optional comment}}

Then click Save page and you are done!

Replace |~~~~| with |sig=~~~~|| if you have a complicated signature!

Make the following changes based on the outcome:

If Delete has won, and 5 days have passed
1. Replace {{Delete/Vote}} with {{Terminate}}.
2. Replace {{Delete}} in the article with {{Terminate}}.
If Keep has won, and 5 days have passed
1. Remove {{Delete}} from the article
2. Archive the votes (Template:Delete/Talk/Archivevote) and remove {{Delete/Vote}}.
