Template:Removed/doc

Use this at the top of articles on subjects that are no longer in the game. It places the article in Category:Removed from World of Warcraft.

Note: This template will cause certain templates to add "removed" categories instead of regular categories--e.g. Category:Removed Horde quests instead of Category:Horde quests. Templates that use this feature: {{Questbox}}, {{Infobox ability}}.

Usage

Parameters allow for:

Parameter	Description
1=	Description. Most of the time, this is not needed.
2=	Item type. Replaces "Article" in description box.
patch=	optional but should be used if removal patch is known. Links to the patch version page.
doc=	optional, suppresses category inclusion

Item type, with description

Optional. Description and the item type. Can be used for images and other items that are not articles.

patch

This optional named parameter can be added to any of the above, and links to a patch version page.

doc

This optional named parameter can be added to any of the above and suppresses the category addition. Used when providing an example of the template for documentation purposes.
