• Fangs of the Father (Golad, Twilight of Aspects / Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages)
• Qian-Le, Courage of Niuzao / Qian-Ying, Fortitude of Niuzao
• Xing-Ho, Breath of Yu'lon
• Jina-Kang, Kindness of Chi-Ji
• Fen-Yu, Fury of Xuen / Gong-Lu, Strength of Xuen
• Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve
• Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper
• Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy
• Fyr'alath the Dreamrender

The following legendaries, if lost, are confirmed to NOT be available from this vendor:

• The Warlords of Draenor legendary rings are available from Zooti Fizzlefury instead.
• Legion legendaries. They can instead be purchased from Arcanomancer Vridiel for the Wakening Essence currency.
• Crafted Shadowlands legendaries. They can instead be crafted from the Runecarver's Oubliette.

Unconfirmed/Unknown:

• Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian

For the legendaries to be available, the character must have the relevant feat of strength and must not have the item in possession anywhere, including the bank and Void Storage (if applicable). Characters that can obtain a legendary they can't equip (e.g. Paladins obtaining one of the bows) will not be visible in the vendor due to not being able to earn the feat of strength.
