All items can be bought from Victor Nefriendius in the Blackwing Lair. The belt tokens drop from Prince Thunderaan in the Crystal Vale, while all other tokens drop from bosses in Blackwing Lair.
Additionally, the wrist tokens can also be purchased from Pix Xizzix in Booty Bay for 125 Tarnished Undermine Real.
