Use this at the top of articles on subjects that are no longer obtainable by players in World of Warcraft.

Parameters

|this=, |2=
Specifies what the article is about; complete the blank in "This _______ is no longer obtainable."
|1=
Additional detail about the status, shown as a bullet point in the ambox.
|patch=
Patch (e.g. 4.2.0) which made the subject of the article unobtainable.
|type=
One of two options: special for items that have been obtained by at least one player, but not through normal means; or never, for items that exist but have never been obtainable.
|doc=
Suppresses categorisation into Category:Unobtainable and Category:Removed in patch 4.2.0.
